Welcome to LUCKY 13 - where laughter echoes through the vast expanse of space! This season, the All Puppet Players are boldly taking their craft to new heights with a lineup of hilarious productions that will leave you screaming with laughter.
Kicking off the season is 'Alien: A Puppet Show', a thrilling tribute to Ridley Scott's iconic space thriller. The All Puppet Players bring the nail-biting suspense and out-of-this-world action of the original to life with their felt-infused crew of space-faring puppets. Join us from May 5th to June 3rd for a journey that's sure to be out of this world!
In September, the All Puppet Players tackle another horror classic with their twisted take on Stephen King's 'It'. Watch as our merry band of puppet weirdos unleash their puppet anarchy on the unsuspecting town of Derry, complete with a shape-shifting clown named Pennywise. Don't miss 'PuppIT' crawling out of the sewers September 8th to October 7th, with a CLOWNS ONLY AUDIENCE show on October 1st. It's the ultimate mashup of clowns and puppets that will have you questioning what's scarier!
Next, we head to the bright lights of LA for our R-rated holiday tradition, 'Die Hard: A Christmas Story'. Follow our puppet John McClane as he battles to save his wife from master criminal Hans Gruber during a Christmas party. Nothing is safe and no holiday memory is left unsoiled as the puppets wreak havoc on the holidays with caroling, gunfights, and all the puppet anarchy you can shake a yule log at. Note: December 16th show is our WHITE ELEPHANT GIFT EXCHANGE NIGHT, so bring a wrapped “funny” gift of no more than $5 to participate.
Finally, in March of 2024, join us for 'The Parody Puppet Princess Bride', a hilarious and heartwarming journey through one of the most iconic childhood movies. Follow Buttercup, Westley, and a cast of lovable puppet characters as they take on this beloved tale of true love and high adventure. With clever pop culture references, witty one-liners, and enough silly puppet antics to keep you entertained from start to finish, you’ll laugh until you're "mostly dead"!
