Auditions for JUNGLE BOOK at West Valley Stages announced for January 23

Auditions for ages 7-17. 

Auditions for Jungle Book are Monday, January 23rd at 6pm and 7pm

Sign up for the new adaptation of the classic book the Jungle Book! It is fun, exciting, touching and filled with a cool modern soundtrack and amazing effects to provide a great theatrical experience. You do not want to miss this show!!! It is $25 to hold your audition spot. You will come to the audition and it will be a comfortable atmosphere and fun audition.  Easy improvisation and cold readings from the script. Pick a character to read at auditions. You will receive audition scripts to look over a week before the audition. When cast, we will subtract the $25 audition fee off your $200 production fee, which covers costumes, rehearsal, and all production costs (except ticket prices) If you do not show for the audition, there is no refund. A modern girl, Christina, is transported back to Sleep Hollow, a village haunted by the legendary Headless Horseman, has a new schoolmaster Ichabod Crane a bit spooked. When Ichabod tries to win the hand of the beautiful Katrina Van Tassel, he makes an enemy of her former suitor, the brawny Brom Bones. Brom vows revenge and, one dark and spooky night, Ichabod finds himself in for the ride of his life while Christina, tries to face her fears.

The story of an evil mirror that turns beauty to ugly, and good to bad. The story of best friends with an unshakeable bond. The story of the Snow Queen, indifferent to all she freezes in her path. A wonderful adaptation of Hans Christian Andersen's fairytale about people learning to do good in an often-wicked world.
