Our first show on the Mainstage is an exciting classic that will thrill all age groups. The Outlaw Robin Hood is an action-filled play about law and order in Medieval England with some of our favorite characters. In this version of the well-known tale of Robin Hood heroic deeds are seen anew in Robin bedeviled with a dilemma: obey the law and see people suffer the worst evils of the feudal system or break the law and see injury and death to his people. A NIGHT OF COMEDY AND TRAGEDY - Paradise Valley Community College - November 13 - 22, 2015
Featuring three student directed shows:
Suicide Notes written and directed by Nicole Thompson is a story told in short vignettes of time about a young man named Cameron. Cameron finds his name has been written in to three different student's suicides notes blaming him for their deaths. It is a story of Cameron and his friends trying to understand and cope with this situation.

The Romancers by Edmond Rostand directed by Ric Alpers. A Boy and a Girl...two disapproving fathers...a Wall and a Bandit. A Comedy Romance Fantastique.

Murder, incest, betrayal, infanticide, cannibalism and happy ever after? Our spring semester begins with The Secret in the Wings in our Studio Theatre. The show adapts a group of lesser-known fairy tales to create a theatrical work that sets their dark mystery against Zimmerman’s signature wit and humor. The framing story concerns a child and the frightening babysitter with whom her parents leave her. As the babysitter reads from a book, the characters in each of the tales materialize, all interwoven in to a larger tale that will surprise you with its ending.
Show Dates: February 26, 27, March 4, 5 at 7:30pm and February 28 & March 6 at 2:00pm.

Based on the popular 1988 MGM film, our summer musical takes us to the French Riviera for high jinks and hilarity. Lawrence Jameson makes his lavish living by talking rich ladies out of their money. Freddy Benson swindles women by waking their compassion about his grandmother's failing health. After meeting on a train, they attempt to work together only to find that this small French town isn't big enough for the two of them!

Directing Student Shows
Each
Fall semester in our Studio Theatre we have opportunities for our students to
direct One Act plays or Full length plays if they are directing a second
time. There is always a wonderful
variety and even some original works written by the directors. Titles and their specific performance dates
will be announced sometime in October. Show
