Mesa Encore Theatre is currently seeking new board members. In trying to move forward and acknowledge our own potential biases, we hope to diversify our board further to better represent our community, and we are committed to creating an inclusive and diverse environment. We will consider candidates regardless of race, religion, color, national origin, sex, gender, sexual orientation, disability, age (candidates must be at least 18 years of age at time of appointment), or veteran status, and encourage anyone who is interested to apply.
Current action items for the board include:
-Creating a sustainable diversity and inclusion action plan for the theater.
-Creating processes through which those involved with productions can share any concerns or feedback.
-Recruiting and selecting an Artistic Director.
-Marketing and producing our upcoming season (soon to be announced).
