The cast of The Spectacular New Production of THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA will present a one-night-only cabaret concert ‘Oscar Unmasked’ to benefit Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS (BC/EFA) and the Ovarian Cancer Alliance of Arizona (OCAZ) on Monday, June 1st at Playhouse on the Park (Viad Building, 1850 N. Central Ave., Phoenix, AZ 85004). Silent action begins at 7:00pm and performance begins at 7:30pm.
PHANTOM cast members will bring the music of the movies to life performing more than 50 pieces featuring Oscar-winning songs including "The Way You Look Tonight," "Over the Rainbow" and "Let It Go." All proceeds of the evening will go to BC/EFA, which supports individuals affected by critical health issues, including but not limited to HIV/AIDS and the Ovarian Cancer Alliance of Arizona, which offers help and hope to families affected by ovarian cancer. The event will also include a pre-show silent auction and live auctions throughout the evening. All ticket sales and funds raised from this evening are 100% tax deductible and will benefit both organizations.
Tickets to 'Oscar Unmasked' are free for cancer survivors and those continuing to battle the disease. General admission is $40. Premium seating, which includes a PHANTOM tote bag and other special items, is $80.
