Registration now open for Arizona Broadway Theatre's Summer Academy for Young Performers Camps



Registration is now OPEN for our Summer 2024 Summer Academy for Young Performers! 

Children, teens, and pre-teens can discover the world of theatre this summer at ABT.   Campers will learn the ins and outs of everything it takes to put on a show including, auditions, staging, music, choreography, design, and performance from industry professionals. 

Disney's Finding Nemo Kids 
Ages 9-12
June 3-8 | 9 a.m. - 3 p.m. 
Marlin, an anxious and over-protective clownfish, lives in the Great Barrier Reef with his kid Nemo, who longs to explore the world beyond their anemone home. But when Nemo is captured and taken to Sydney, Marlin faces his fears and sets off on an epic adventure across the ocean. 

Disney's The Little Mermaid Jr.
Ages: 7-12
July 17-29 | 9 a.m. - 3 p.m. 
In a magical underwater kingdom, the beautiful young mermaid, Ariel, longs to leave her ocean home — and her fins — behind and live in the world above. But first, she'll have to defy her father, King Triton, make a deal with the evil sea witch, Ursula, and convince the handsome Prince Eric that she's the girl whose enchanting voice he's been seeking.

The SpongeBob Musical: Youth Edition 
Ages: 13-16
July 8-20 | 9 a.m. - 3 p.m. 
Who lives in a pineapple under the sea and became the hottest star on Broadway? Why, it's SpongeBob SquarePants! This one-hour edition of the hit Broadway musical, brilliantly adapted from the iconic Nickelodeon series, is specially tailored for young actors.

Disney's James and the Giant Peach Jr. 
Ages 7-12
July 22-August 3 | 9 a.m. - 3 p.m. 
When James is sent by his conniving aunts to chop down their old fruit tree, he discovers a magic potion that grows a tremendous peach, rolls into the ocean and launches a journey of enormous proportions.
