2024 FlagShakes Season auditions are open!
In-person auditions will be held on March 30th, 2024 from 12:30pm-3:30pm at the Murdoch Community Center at 203 E Brannen Ave, Flagstaff, AZ 86001. Submission form for in person/self tape auditions (as well as materials) are due NO LATER than March 22nd at 5pm MST.
Please prepare two contrasting monologues at about one minute each. Choice of one Shakespeare and one classical/contemporary, or two Shakespeare monologues. If you sing, play an instrument, or have a unique skill, you may include that in your audition as many of our shows include music and singing.
Season 2024
Summer: “Julius Caesar” and “Merry Wives of Windsor” by William Shakespeare
-Rehearsal is tentatively June 9th to July 11th, 2024 in Flagstaff
-Performances tentatively run July 12th to August 4th 2024 in Flagstaff
Fall: “Celebration of Joy” an Immersive Theatrical Experience
-Tentatively rehearses in September, 2024 in Phoenix
-Performs tentatively October 10th-18th, 2024 in both Phoenix AND Flagstaff
