TheaterWorks is preparing to open a new immersive production called The Drowned Compass and we are beginning the search for Performers who will double as service staff.

TheaterWorks is currently looking for qualified individuals to be cast in our upcoming immersive production, "The Drowned Compass". All three of these roles/positions are part of the immersive performance while also fulfilling necessary service roles.
Character / Cocktail Server (hourly + tips)
Character / Barback / Busser (hourly + server tip out)
Character / Host / House Manager (hourly)
All candidates must...
Be 18 years of age or older
Be able to pass a background check
Have night & weekend availability
Strong candidates will bring a combination of performance ability, hospitality experience,
emotional intelligence, and ensemble discipline.
We are looking to begin training/rehearsals mid-September 2026, with an October 2026 opening and the potential for the production to run until April 2027.
