In the 1990's, a woman is found floating on an iceberg in 19th century clothing. She is rescued and starts speaking about the Titanic. She is taken to Maine for an interrogation. A mysterious man named John, assisted by a skeptical doctor named Halbrech, seeks to debunk her story. Finally, the last living survivor from the Titanic is brought forth to test her. By the play’s end, one of the characters is dead, all the character’s identities have been questioned, and a shared secret is revealed as two characters make one final journey to Scotland Road.
