Auditions will be Saturday, January 27, 2024 at 10am at Ghostlight Theatre.
Auditions will consist of cold reads from the script. Sides available online. Click here!
Callbacks, if necessary, will be on Sunday, January 28 at 10am.
Show dates are May 9-19, 2024.

Character audition age ranges and descriptions:
Truvy: 35-55, Owner of a small town beauty shop-sweet, loves to gossip
Annelle: 20-30, Young and shy new hairdresser
M’Lynn: 40-55, Mother of Shelby; she’s too busy and worries too much
Shelby: 20-35, Prettiest girl in town; diabetic and loved by all
Quiser: 55-75, Wealthy, miserable, and loveable, older woman
Clairee: 55-75, Wealthy, sarcastic, older woman
Although not required for auditions, all actors will be required to do a southern accent for the show.
Please bring all schedule conflicts between March-May 2024 to auditions. Rehearsals will be in the evenings.
