B3 Theater is proud to announce their cast for 2A: an evening of plays written by the students of Ms. Sandoval’s 7th grade drama class by Nathan Dame.

The piece is directed by Ilana Lydia and BJ Garrett, and designed by BJ Garrett, with assistant direction by Carlin Thomas.
At once silly and sublime, 2A presents the story of 7th graders who have written shorts and a classically trained troupe of actors who perform them. It is an important piece because middle schoolers are rarely given a voice in theater, and their perspective is rich and rewarding. The term 2A refers to the Second Amendment, a topic with ramifications vital to kids today.
2A will be performed at SNAP, Scottsdale Neighborhood Arts Place, 4425 N Granite Reef Rd, Scottsdale, AZ 85251. Performances will be on February 17th, 18th, and 25th at 7PM, with an additional 2PM matinee on the Saturdays.
