Fountain Hills Theater announces the auditions for the musical 13 Days of Christmas
Featuring 12 13 holiday tales woven with both traditional and unique holiday music, 13 Days of Christmas is a perfect show for the whole family. 13 Days of Christmas tells everyone’s stories, both crazy and touching, of the holiday season! 13 Days of Christmas is directed by Peter J. Hill, musically directed by Jay Melberg and choreographed by Noel Irick.
13 Days of Christmas will play Dec. 3 - 19, 2021.
Auditions will be held Sunday, Oct. 16 @ 10:00am and Sunday, Oct. 17 @ 6:00pm. Callbacks (If required) Monday, Oct. 18 @ 7:00pm. Auditioners are asked to sing 16- 32 bars of a song that best shows off their voice and range, this will be followed by a dance audition.

Early video auditions - which must be submitted prior to October 16 – may be submitted and can substitute for appearing at the Saturday or Sunday auditions. If chosen from a video audition, candidates will be required to appear in person at the callbacks. Video auditions should be sent to peter@fhtaz.org. Characters ages are not set in stone. Actors should consider roles if they feel they can represent the age ranges listed.
Casting for:
2 Male Actors, 18+, any ethnicity. Must sing well, good comic timing, very personable to play several different characters of varying age ranges from 5 to 55.
2 Female Actresses 18+ any ethnicity. Must sing well, good comic timing, very personable to play several different characters of varying age ranges from 5 to 55.
4 Female or Male singers 14+, any ethnicity. Must sing great in 4-part harmony, move well.
1 Young Girl appearing 6-7. Good actress. Singing a plus.
