Synopsis
It’s 1962 in Baltimore, and the lovable plus-size teen Tracy Turnblad has only one desire — to dance on the popular Corny Collins Show. When her dream comes true, Tracy is transformed from social outcast to sudden star. She must use her newfound power to dethrone the reigning Teen Queen, win the affections of heartthrob Link Larkin, and integrate a TV network, all without denting her ‘do!

There is a participation fee for actors who are cast:
Actors who are cast will be required to sell tickets (15 tickets at $15 each)
plus pay a $10 costume cleaning fee.
Total participation fee = $235
What To Prepare
This is a cold audition. You will be taught the song and dance, and given something to read at the audition. Please wear comfortable clothing that you can move in and good shoes!
