Auditions for THE ADDAMS FAMILY at Mesa Encore Theatre announced for January 9 & 10

Mesa Encore Theatre is pleased to present The Addams Family. The show will run March 3-19, 2023. Auditions January 9-10th from 5PM-9PM.

Please prepare 16-24 bars (about 30-45 seconds) of music in the style of the show. Be prepared to play a track, and we will have a speaker to play from a phone or music device. Please do not sing anything from the show. Be sure you know the exact spot in the track you would like to start and end. We will follow that in the audition room. 

If your headshot and resume are up to date on Casting Manager, you will not need to bring them in. You may also email headshots and resume to the director prior to audition time. Emailing headshots/resumes is preferred (Williams.Kieara@Gmail.com).

Video Submissions are accepted. Please email a link to your Google Drive or to an unlisted Youtube video by Tuesday January 10th at 8 PM. 

Callbacks will be held Thursday, January 12th, from 6-10 PM. Please be prepared to stay the entire time. Also, come prepared to dance and bring appropriate clothing and footwear. If you have a conflict, please note on the audition form. 

Rehearsals will be Mondays-Thursdays 7:00PM-10:00PM and Saturdays 9AM-12PM. Tech Week will be February 26th - March 3rd. No Conflicts will be allowed during this time frame.

COVID PROTOCOLS - MET requires all actors, creatives, and staff to be fully vaccinated, and provide a copy of their vaccination cards before rehearsals begin. A covid agreement will be signed by all involved with the production. Testing and mask guidelines will be provided to all who are cast in this production.
