Audition Dates:
February 17th & 18th at 5:45pm
Production dates: Mar. 27 – Apr. 11, 2020

When the youth sleuths of literature are invited by Sherlock Holmes to a Murder Mystery Weekend at the famous Whowhatwhenwhyhow mansion the results are a rollicking good time for all!

Auditioners should bring:

– Headshot and resume if available
– List of possible rehearsal conflicts Feb. 22 – Apr. 11, 2020

Auditioners should prepare:
– 1-2 minute comedic monologue

Production fees: If cast, your child will be receiving over 110 hours of professional direction from trained, industry professionals. Please be advised that if your child is cast in this show, there is a production fee of $100.00 per participant which includes a show t-shirt and a flash drive of production photos. Parents are also required to volunteer for 10 hours (or opt-out fee $100). Scholarships and additional volunteer options available. NO ONE will be denied participation based on ability to pay.

BARRYMORE: (Male) The blind butler and major domo of the mansion
IGOR: (Male) Barrymore’s eyes and bane!
GINGER: (Female) Head of housekeeping for the mansion
SHERLOCK HOLMES: (Male) You know who he is!
WATSON: (Male) His companion
NANCY DREW: (Female) Carolyn Keene’s detective with a twist
JOE HARDY: (Male) ½ of the youth detective team with something to prove.
FRANK HARDY: (Male) Joe’s brother with his feet more firmly on the ground
LEROY (ENCYCLOPEDIA) BROWN: (Male) The super sleuth you all know
SALLY KIMBALL: (Female) Encyclopedia’s assistant and knuckles.
CARSTAIRS (LeSTRADE): (Male) A policeman who always wants to get one over on Holmes.
MARIE: (Female) The French upstairs maid.
MARGARET: (Female) The cook.
TOM SWIFT: (Male) A young scientific genius
INDIANA JONES: (Male) The younger version

RED HERRINGS: Dangerous Kingpin, The Lady In Red, Shadowy Stranger, Mysterious Hand, The Fainting Lady, Dracula (He really doesn’t get it!)
