Introduce yourself like a total badass and tell us why you're dying to be part of "PuppIt."

Unleash your puppetry skills with a raw and raucous, 60 second puppet routine to a song of your choice. No puppets? No problem! Naked hands are best! We are looking for lip-sync ability only. So don't stress.

Tell us what character you're interested in (breakdown below) and give us a sample of that voice. 20 seconds max.

Submission Deadline: Send your interest our way (jennAfer@allpuppetplayers.com) by June 4th, 2023. Make sure it has all of the elements we asked for and shows off your killer talent.

Callbacks: If you're selected, get ready to join us for a LIVE callback on June 5th, 2023 at 7pm. We'll throw more puppetry challenges, improv games, and maybe even some scene readings your way.

Puppet Training: We are offering IN-PERSON and ONLINE training before your video submission deadline. We'll rock out together, sharpening those puppetry skills and help get you stage-ready. Send an email to (jennAfer@allpuppetplayers.com) to be included on class list.

Let's unleash the puppet anarchy!

He is extremely cautious and has a fear of germs.

Mike Hanlon: (puppet character, looking for young character voice, strong and silly, good comic timing, any gender, African American actor only) The only black member of the Losers Club, Mike is also the historian of the group. He has lived in Derry his whole life and is familiar with its dark history.

Pennywise: (human character, any ethnicities, genders, and abilities are encouraged to audition, must be fearless on stage! Making silly faces, but can still make you scared, cannot take yourself so seriously and willing to be the Michael Caine to a town of crazy puppets… Also cool with daily clown make-up applications... so no big deal, right?) The main antagonist of the show, Pennywise is an ancient evil entity that terrorizes the town of Derry. It takes the form of a clown and preys on the fears of its victims.

Henry Bowers: (puppet character, a gruff and mean sounding character voice, any ethnicities, genders, and abilities are encouraged to audition) A bully who torments the Losers Club and other children in Derry, Henry is manipulated by Pennywise and becomes one of its pawns.
