Rehearsals: Thursdays 4:30pm – 7:30pm, Sundays 1:30pm – 4:30pm
(August 30th – November 15th )
4 Performances: 11/15, 11/17, 11/18
Location: Scottsdale JCC
Pay: $1200 (paid in two payments)
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with parents: schedules, due dates, rehearsal details, what kids need to bring, any miscellaneous messages from director.
- Attend all rehearsals. Arrive early to make sure room is set up, gather snacks, set up sign-in sheet, supervise any children arriving early. First to arrive, last to leave.
- Help support scenic design and gathering and creating of props.
- Create and maintain conflict sheet, cast list, sign-in sheet, prop list, parent volunteer list, and any other requests from director.
- Build playbill via playbillder.com
- Support tech week: helping with lighting, sound, music, call cues, student supervision and help run the show.
- At show: run lights or sound or music, depending on needs and director request.
