Phoenix Boys Choir to appear in the final weekend performances of JOSEPH AND THE AMAZING TECHNICOLOR DREAMCOAT at TheaterWorks this weekend

from our friends at TheaterWorks:

TheaterWorks proudly welcomes the Phoenix Boys Choir to the cast of their final production of the YouthWorks season, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat. PBC's Town Choir, consisting of boys between the ages of 9 and 13, will be featured as the dream choir in the third and final weekend of the production.

"I am thrilled that our choir will be featured in such an amazing production" said Artistic Director, Georg Stangelberger. "This is a wonderful way for us to reach our West Valley audience."

Now in its 70th year, The Phoenix Boys Choir, through educating boys in the art of singing and performing the finest music in the boy choir tradition, develops character, discipline, leadership, global awareness, and a strong commitment to excellence, thereby contributing to the greater Phoenix musical life and enhancing Arizona's cultural reputation nationally and internationally.

Under the direction of Chris Hamby and featuring a cast of the Valley's finest youth talent, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat opened on May 4 and runs through May 20 on the Gyder stage at the Peoria Center for the Performing Arts.
