"Harper Lee's semi-autobiographical and Pulitzer Prize-winning 1960 novel "To Kill a Mockingbird" deals with racial prejudice in a small American town during the Great Depression. The beloved novel was adapted into a 1962 Academy Award winning film and a stage version, by Christopher Sergel, which has been produced across the country for the last 30 years. Oscar and Emmy winning writer Aaron Sorkin wrote a new theatrical adaptation that premiered on Broadway in 2018 and the national tour of this version, which features a stirring performance by Richard Thomas, a superb ensemble cast, and direction by Barlett Sher, is in town for a week-long run through Sunday. It is a moving and exceptional theatrical experience." - Gil Benbrook, TalkinBroadway.com (click here to read the complete review)
