The All Puppet Players bring you back to 80's horror with this puppet-infused comedic take on one of the genre’s biggest icons. Superstitious locals warn against keeping a fading summer camp open, but past murders don't sway the teenage riff-raff and the young dumb co-ed counselors from setting up shop in the woodsy area. See the counselors as they're slashed, shot and stabbed, all while dancing, singing and hitting their cues! The counselors struggle to stay alive against a merciless opponent who wields a machete and a melody in his heart. This puppet parody musical could not be more insane, deranged, bloody, or hilarious!
Character Breakdown
Jason: the central character. Looking for tall, intimidating figures who know how to emote with their bodies. Jason has no lines in the show, but does sing occasionally. He is also the only character that is not a puppet. Tap dancing is a plus but not a requirement.
Alice: the final girl that puts Jason in his grave. She sings, puppets, improvs and is a bad ass!
Female Campers: Several lead female campers. As the names have not been solidified, we are looking for 5-6 different females who can sing, puppet, and improv. All roles are comedic and all roles will sing.
Male Campers: Several lead male campers. As the names have not been solidified, we are looking for 5-6 different males who can sing, puppet, and improv. All roles are comedic and all roles will sing.

WARNING! NO ONE under 17 years old will be permitted into shows.
NO EXCEPTIONS.
All Puppet Players shows are for mature audiences with exceedingly immature tastes (although tasting is not recommended due to risk of fur balls). They contain strong adult language and situations. Puppets can be unpredictable—so if you are of a sensitive nature or are easily offended—puppets don’t care.
