We are kicking off our 2017-2018 season with our first On Stage production~
Cinderella A Ragtime Musical!
Directed by DST Alum: Jordan Yampolsky, Angela Kriese, Lisa Barton-Figueroa
Desert Stages Theatre Creator, Gerry Cullity put a ragtime spin on the timeless story of a long-suffering step-sister, a choosy prince, and a glass slipper. Set in turn-of-last-century New York City during the height of immigration, Cullity's delightful characters are those coming from the New World in hopes of starting a new life in a foreign land. Themes of love and achieving our heart's desire against all odds are woven through this charming rags-to-riches tale that features memorable Cullity songs like "Smile Check" and "This Place Is Magic".

2 Sessions each day:

* Solo auditions require 16-32 bars of a song and bring sheet music or karaoke-style CD

A rehearsal schedule (which is subject to change) will be available to view at auditions.
Please note ALL OUT DATES, FOR REHEARSALS AND SHOWS, MUST BE STATED AT THE TIME OF AUDITIONS. OUT DATES GIVEN AFTER AUDITIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
Rehearsals will be held Mondays - Thursdays, and Saturday mornings. Please note, possible Friday and Sunday rehearsals could be added. Please list ALL conflicts Mondays-Sundays July 5th- September 17th.
Certain leads will be called Wednesday and Thursday July 5th and 6th.
Parent meeting July 11th.
