In this hilarious farce by Ken Ludwig ("Moon Over Buffalo", "Crazy for You"), two down on their luck Shakespearean actors, Jack and Leo, hear that an old lady in upscale York, PA is about to die, and leave her fortune to two long lost English nephews: Max and Steve. They decide to pass themselves off as her beloved nephews and get the cash. The problem is, they discover that the relatives aren't nephews; they're nieces - Maxine and Stephanie! Romantic entanglements abound, especially when Leo falls head over high-heels with the old lady's vivacious niece, Meg, who happens to be engaged to the local minister. It gets more complicated, trickier, and farcical as things progress; a side-splitting roller coaster of a romantic ride!

CASTING:
Leo (30's-40's) Attractive and marginally gifted Shakespearean actor. Charming, but a bit pompous, and short-tempered; thinks a lot of himself and longs to achieve stardom. (British accent required.)
Jack (30's-40's) Leo's (more reserved) acting partner and fellow Brit. Genuine nice guy who's easily drawn into Leo's harebrained schemes. Think Ethel to Leo's Lucy. (British accent required.)
Meg (Late 20's-early 30's) Vivacious and attractive local PA girl who harbors a world of dreams for a bigger world. She is very warm and good-natured. Engaged to the much older Duncan.
Duncan (Late 40's-50's) Local minister, engaged to Meg. Very fussy and set in his ways and a little scatter brained.
Audrey (Late teens-early' 20's) Very attractive and well-built. She is extremely gullible and sweet, with newly acquired book sense, but not much common sense; an "intelligent airhead." (Actress required to roller skate.)
Doc (50's-60's) A country doctor, a gruff, likeable curmudgeon who doesn't take any guff from anybody. "Chief Moose" at the Moose Lodge, with a very distinctive "moose call."
Florence (60+) Meg's (and Max and Steve's) millionairess aunt. Very crusty and irritable with terrible eyesight. On her deathbed...or not?
Butch (20's) Doc's son who is totally smitten with Audrey. Sincere and good-hearted, but a little slow on the uptake.
