WHAT DID WE DO WRONG? - Theatrikos Theatre Company - July 14, 2022

by Henry Denker

A staged reading.  One night only.  This was Theatrikos’ very first show on July 14, 1972.  With a brief Broadway run, The New York Post called this show “a highly amusing comedy.”  But that was more than 50 years ago and, alas, this show has not withstood the test of time.  That said, it still provides some insight into a Broadway of decades past—and Theatrikos on our first opening night.  We’ve both come a long way since then.
This staged reading will be followed by a talkback so we can discuss the evolution of the theatre.

By purchasing tickets for this show, I confirm that at the time of the show I have been fully vaccinated against covid-19 (14 days past final vaccination shot), and will provide proof of vaccination prior to entering Doris Harper-White Playhouse.  We advise you to arrive at the theatre a few minutes earlier than usual to account for this check-in process.
