Synopsis
Aphrodite’s temple is in foreclosure and she’s in the doghouse with her dad Zeus and son Cupid, so what’s a goddess to do? Open a lingerie and clothing business with magical qualities on earth, that’s what! Her clientele includes everyone from a drag queen and his very hetro brother to a frustrated housewife and a nun. What could go wrong?
Character Breakdown
Aphrodite/Tulip-35-50- A glamorous goddess with a larger than life personality.
Sammi Jasman-38-50- An aging successful Drag Queen and one of Tulip’s best customers.
Philip Jasman/Phyllis- 25-35- Sammi’s very hereto younger brother.
Arlene/ Sr. Mary Frances- 25-35- Nun in a career crisis.
Bunny Rose/Gladys- 30-50- Recently widowed. In search of love and a wild time.
Thalia– 25-50- A heavy-set married woman looking for some excitement in her marriage.
Cupid/Dan Arrow- 16-21- Aphrodite’s son.
Zeus– 40-60-Aphrodite’s father and Cupid’s grandfather.
Apollo, and Athena – 16+- Stage hands who comment on the action. Can be male/female and any age.
