The Bridge Initiative is a new program started to raise awareness and empower female artists in Arizona.
They have received almost 100 play submissions for consideration to produce as their premiere in June (from 21 states, DC, and three foreign countries!). And they've been fundraising for that premiere, trying to match the $6,000 seed funding grant they received from the Arizona Commission for the Arts.

Theater is struggling here and we need more programs like this to allow us to continue to produce, develop, and work in our beloved arts.
