Ticketing & Patron Services Representative
P/T flexible schedule
$10-$13 an hour plus monthly bonus potential & complimentary tickets to many events
The Scottsdale Center for the Performing Arts (a division of the Scottsdale Cultural Council) is seeking qualified customer service individuals for our box office. This position is responsible for front counter work, inbound and occasional outbound calls, and online chats for ticket and membership sales. Our goal is to optimize guest experience and maximize sales opportunities.
HS or equivalent plus experience in customer service, hospitality, sales, box office and/or administration required. Computer and excellent interpersonal skills a must. Strong interest or background in the performing and/or visual arts preferred.
