Through the life stories of Big Man, Joshua Thomas Northington III, Darron and Marcy, University of Kentucky alumnus and Arizona State University MFA graduate Jeremy Gillett paints a picture of what it means to be Black & 25 in America.
The play explores race, class, gender and identity through four distinct characters. Gillett presents each narrative with passion and a pitch-perfect voice for the pain, confusion and hope that emerges from each character’s story.
