Nothing makes you happier than greeting people with a smile, getting to know them personally, and delivering outstanding customer service. You're detail oriented, organized, and have a bubbly and outgoing personality. You have experience with customer service, management, or other communication roles. You're looking for a long term job in a fast paced environment with a strong community of people.
Prefer someone with an arts, theatre, or dance background. Knowledge of the reward of a performing arts education will help you to connect with our amazing studio community!
Duties include:
- answering phone calls and emails
- greeting customers, talking to them about our services, and getting them to register.
- getting people excited about what we do
- clarifying various programs and pricing, requires knowing a LOT of information!
- giving facility tours and welcoming new families
