Auditions are open to performers ages 18 and older of all backgrounds and experience levels. Rebel Phoenix encourages artists of all races, ethnicities, gender identities, sexual orientations, body types, and abilities to audition.

Audition Information
Date: Tuesday, July 28, 2026
Time: 6:00–8:00 PM

FIREBRINGER - Woodworks Productions - August 14-23, 2026

At the dawn of humanity, one tribe of cave-people survives the many trials of prehistoric life under the wise leadership of Jemilla, The Peacemaker. Jemilla taught her people to express themselves, rather than bashing each others' heads with rocks and eating each others' babies. But one member of the tribe doesn't seem to fit in: Zazzalil. She's always trying to invent things to make life easier… for herself. While out hatching her latest scheme, Zazzalil stumbles upon the most important discovery in history. One that will pit her tribe against wooly mammoths, saber-toothed tigers, and change the world forever. She'll travel from omega to alpha, and become… the Firebringer!

Video auditions due by August 2 for Emerald City Player's 2026/2027 Troupe!

Now accepting video auditions for Emerald City Player's 2026/27 Troupe! Audition submissions due Aug 2nd by 5pm!

Emerald City Players will be casting approximately 12-18 actors for the 2026/27 Troupe. If cast, our 2026/27 "Players" will be guaranteed at least 2 shows, but may possibly be cast in more! Our mission is to uplift a group of dedicated performers and provide a space for actors to grow with the season. We look forward to casting our actors in a variety of roles, including behind the scenes to support the production(s).

*Additional auditions may be held throughout the season to fill roles, as needed but troupe auditioners will have greater precedence. In other words, the 2026/27 Players will make up the primary cast for the season...so get your audition submitted today!*

Please prepare 2 contrasting songs with a 32-bar cut each from a song in one of the '2026/27 Season' shows or a song in the same style of the show(s) you are auditioning for. Your cut should showcase your story telling, since most of the productions are sung-through with very little dialogue. All video auditions are due by August 2nd, 2026 at 5:00 PM.

*Please fill out the form below and submit your video audition link below, preferably as a YouTube link or Google Drive link. Also, attach your headshot and resume to the end of the form.
