"Slaying the Monologue Monster" 

Director/Acting Coach Petey Swartz and Desert Foothills Theater are offering a monologue audition class "Slaying the Monologue Monster." Brush up for or get new monologue material to use for theater generals at the many theaters based on Phoenix!

In this exciting new 6 week class taught by award-winning director and actress, Petey Swartz, you will learn how to choose monologues, break down and analyze your monologues, customize them to specific audition needs, (including invaluable audition tips!), practice monologues effectively, and perform them with confidence!

Classes begin April 14, 2015, and held on Tuesday evenings from 6:30-8:30pm at the

FCF Holland Community Center-34250 N. 60th St. Scottsdale, AZ 85266.

The first three weeks will include dramatic monologues and the last three weeks will  emphasize comedic monologues.
