Holy wow. AYAA is putting on its first full-length play this summer!
She Kills Monster by Qui Nguyen is a comedic romp in to the world of fantasy role-playing games. This play tells the story of Agnes Evans, following the death of her teenage sister, Tilly. When Agnes finds Tilly’s Dungeons & Dragons notebook, she stumbles into a journey of discovery and action-packed adventure in the imaginary world that was Tilly’s refuge. Laden with homicidal fairies, nasty demons and 1990’s pop culture, She Kills Monsters is a high octane dramatic comedy! *Please note that this is a PG-13 show, with strong language, mild adult themes and brief sexual situations.
The show runs July 28th through July 30th at Fountain Hills Theater. July 28th at 7pm, July 29th at 7pm and July 30th at 3pm. Tickets are $15. Tickets are available through the Fountain Hills website or by calling the box office at (480) 837-9661 x3.
