" The creation of Wonder Woman in the 1940s is the subject of “Lasso of Truth,” and it’s a story with as much Pow! and Wham! as any comic book, although of an unexpected sort. ...about William Moulton Marston (Evan Carson), a psychology professor who also invented the polygraph machine. Oh, and he lived in a romantic triad, spiced up with a bondage fetish, with his wife and mistress (Samantha Taylor and Jessica Morgan). ...Directed by Pamela Fields, the production makes great use of comic-book-style video projections, and the cast succeeds in taking the audience on a provocative intellectual ride. But the formal, even stilted, acting style, probably meant to evoke both an earlier era and the over-the-top diction of comics, dampens the emotional impact. ..thought-provoking and entertaining."  - Kerry Lengel, Arizona Republic (click here to read the complete review)
