A TRIBUTE TO ETHEL MERMAN AND MORE - Scottsdale Musical Theater Company's “Together (For No Good Reason)” Cabaret Series - March 28

Scottsdale Musical Theater Company presents the 3rd edition of its popular cabaret series, Together (For No Good Reason) on Thursday, March 28, 2019 @ 7:30PM at Tempe Center for the Arts.

In-between their beloved productions of great big Broadway classics like Annie, 42nd Street and Thoroughly Modern Millie, SMTC likes to let loose and offer a free-wheeling, madcap evening of musical bliss featuring some of their best performers. Conceived and hosted by award-winning vocalist (and frequent SMTC player) Hector Coris, Together… promises an evening of random riffs on classic and contemporary musical tunes. This edition features a tribute to legendary musical theater icon Ethel Merman, letting these singers honor the memory and songs made famous by the famous-belter-of-them-all from shows like Anything Goes, Annie Get Your Gun and Gypsy.

Joining Hector on stage will be fellow SMTC alums Melissa Kamel, Patrick Lose and Elizabeth Blair with music direction by Joni Von Rossum.

Tickets are $20 and can be purchased by calling (602) 909-4215 or online at www.scottsdalemusicaltheater.com. Tempe Center for the Arts is located at 700 W. Rio Salado Parkway, Tempe AZ 85281.
