Set-Up/Tear-Down Crew needed for CARNIVAL OF ILLUSION'S 2015 / 2016 season

Theater Set-Up/Tear-Down Crew Needed in Phoenix Area!

Award winning, traveling theatrical show is hiring reliable and self-motivated Set-up/Tear-down Crew Members for our 2015/2016 season!

Crew members are responsible for load-in and load-out of equipment and set-up/tear-down of seating, lighting, pipe and drape, sound and décor for a 100 seat intimate show.

Shows take place 1 – 3 Saturdays on most months Sep - May. Crew Members work approximately 5
hours per job, in 2 shifts. First shift: Morning load-in/set-up (generally 9am to 12pm.) Second shift:
Late evening tear-down/load-out (generally 10pm to 12am.) Times are approximate and vary
depending on venue availability.

Shows take place in Mesa, Tempe and Phoenix.

Ideal Crew Members are:
- Available to work Saturdays.
- Comfortable lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Detail oriented, both technically and aesthetically.
- Quick learners.
- Adept at following instructions.
- Independent, self-motivated workers.
- Reliable.
- Timely.

Previous experience is preferred but not mandatory. Willing to train the right individuals!

Compensation: Starting/training pay is a flat rate of $50 per job, paid at the end of second shift. Pay
increase to $65 flat rate is possible after training is completed and proving comprehensive
understanding of job requirements.
