ADI-ANTHEM - A/C Theatre Company
from our friends at A/C Theatre Company:
We love musicals...most if not all of them. And we have especially love giving you valley premieres and have since year one. Love it so much, in fact, that we want to take our love of musicals to the next level.
In the Works is our latest attempt at bringing you new and fresh musicals being written right here in Arizona with an insider view of the workshop process. Musical lovers will get a glimpse of the blood, sweat, and tears that go into creating a work of theatre by observing the raw workshop process and not just the final rehearsed results.
We are presenting a four-night exclusive look at the work, love, and devotion that goes into writing a new show with Adi-Anthem, a brand new musical in development, written by Vaibu Mohan and Mario Ynigues. These open to the public workshops will be held at The Hormel Lobby at The Phoenix Theatre Company.

About Adi-Anthem
Three couples come together at a quiet suburban house to celebrate Thanksgiving. Prema and Kailash eagerly wait to greet their daughters and hope they can keep their secret for one more evening. Divya and Pranav are less than thrilled about the big fate Indian wedding planned by their parents. Ananya brings her boyfriend, Ted, to her childhood home for the first time.
As the aromas of the biryani and chai pervade the air, these lives collide as parents realize that they do not recognize their daughters and children figure out that their parents relationship is not as perfect as it seems.
