Auditions for ELF, THE MUSICAL at Theatrikos Theatre Company announced for September 15 & 16

Have fun with a cast of 20—30!  If you’ve ever thought of auditioning, a big holiday musical show with a large cast is the perfect time to get involved in live theatre.

Actors Wanted for Live Theatre

Theatrikos seeks experienced and new actors for the big holiday family musical.  Singers and non-singers all welcome.

Seeking multi-generational, diverse cast of men, women, non-binary and transgender performers.  Actors of all ages, races, genders, sexual orientations, and ethnic backgrounds are welcome and encouraged to audition for all our shows.  We love discovering new talent.  Welcome to Theatrikos—your new home away from home.

In a TheatriKids performance workshop, everyone it cast.  This production of Elf is a main stage show.  So not everyone who auditions will be cast in the show.  We very much encourage everyone to audition.

Audition Format

For Elf, actors will be asked to read select scenes from the script.  A short song will be taught at the audition.  No need to prepare monologue or music.  All levels of experience are welcome. We love discovering new talent!

Dates
* Audition Dates: Sunday and Monday, September 15—16, 2024, 6:20 pm.  Callbacks Wednesday, September 18, 2024. 

* Performances: November 29—December 22, 2024

Audition Location
At Theatrikos, 11 W Cherry in Flagstaff.  (It may be moved to the rehearsal studio, which is within walking distance.)

Elf
Based on the beloved holiday film, a young human boy is accidentally raised as an elf and sets out to spread the true spirit of Christmas.  This candy cane twirling modern-day holiday classic is sure to make everyone embrace their inner elf. After all, the best way to spread Christmas cheer is singing loud for all to hear.
