On October 17 & 24, Arizona Opera Opera will hold auditions for the role of Fredricka Armfeldt in an upcoming production of A LITTLE NIGHT MUSIC by Stephen Sondheim. The show is scheduled to play for five performances in March 2022.
Those wishing to audition must have received a COVID-19 vaccination.
All interested candidates should have weekday and weekend availability during the rehearsal period in Phoenix from February 2 - March 3, 2022 and be available for all performances as follows:
Phoenix - March 4, 5, 6 (matinee), 2022
Tucson - March 12 & 13 (matinee), 2022
Compensation to be individually negotiated.
Auditions are scheduled to take place on Sunday, October 17, 2021, and Sunday, October 24, 2021 , from 12-3pm, at the Arizona Opera Center, 1636 N. Central Avenue, Phoenix 85004.
Those auditioning should prepare a short monologue of their choosing (no longer than 5 minutes), as well as two musical theater selections of their choosing.
