To audition:
1. Fill out form completely with any conflicts you might have (Make sure you pick what show you want to audition for or to be considered for both. Note: There is a chance you could be picked for both.
2. Select an audition side as a video (if auditioning for both, pick one from each) You can find sides and cast lists at www.actingzonetheater.com Make sure you say your name and age and what show(s) you are auditioning for. You don’t have to memorize but please perform a.) Your own unique performance b.) perform in one emotion (sad, mad, happy, etc) and c.) perform it as a different character (old, young, insurance salesperson, snotty teenager, Shakespearean, etc)…use your creativity, be big and have fun!
3. Send the video or youtube link, and you audition form to actingzone1@gmail.com Video are due by June 3rd
4. On June 5th, Both shows will be cast. You will need to pay the production fee of $85 for one show or $160 for both($10 discount) and you will receive the script and schedule to prepare before our first meeting on June 16th (for Snow White) and June 20th (for Charlie)
The following procedures will be in place:
Curbside drop-offs and pickups in the front of the theatre
All cast and staff will have their body temperature taken prior to entering the building using no touch thermometers
Planned/spaced hand washing for cast
Cast will be reminded to not touch their face and to cover their mouths when coughing or sneezing
Before and after disinfecting of high touch areas before and after every rehearsal
No entry into the theatre from parents/outside guests/volunteers who do not provide direct services to the production
Snow White Schedule (These will be limited cast rehearsals, so you won’t need to be at all)
